KeKe’s Luv 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

1. KeKe’s Luv 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway (hereafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is promoted by KeKe Montoya, Founder of KeKe’s Luv Event Planning based out of Palmdale California (also referred as the “Promoter”).

Eligibility

2. The Giveaway is open to residents of the US, aged 13 years or over, including any and all of @kekesluveventplanning and @kekesluv Instagram followers not excluding my immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live within the US).

3. The Giveaway Period starts at 07:00 AM (PST) on December 7, 2020 and closes 06:59 AM on December 19, 2020 (the “Giveaway Period”). Any entries made before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

Entry Process

4. During the Giveaway Period participants may enter as many of the Giveaway’s listed below as they wish.

5. Entrants can enter each Giveaway only once.

6. No purchases are required to take part in the Giveaways.

7. Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.

8. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Giveaway.

9. Entrants must adhere to Instagram Terms of Use which are available at https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/#.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

11. Participants may enter each Giveaway once.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries, and remove them immediately from the Promoters’ social media pages, if the Promoter consider such entries to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing any illegal, immoral, lewd or disrespectful behaviour.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

14. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.

Prizes

16. During the Giveaway Period there will be one winner per Giveaway and these winners will be announced at the end of each Giveaway as stated in the relevant Giveaway section below.

17. The winner will be announced on the dates specified in the specific Giveaway.

18. The Prizes will be as stated in the specific Giveaway.

19. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are also non-transferable.

20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.

21. Prizes will be delivered by commercial courier and will be received by the winner on or before December 25, 2020 after they have accepted their prize. If unforeseen circumstances arise, or the Promotor cannot deliver the prize in this time period, the winner will receive the prize as soon as practically possible after this date.

Winner Selection

22. The winner of each Giveaway will be selected at random via a random generator tool.

23. Each winner will be announced on Instagram on the dates listed in the specific Giveaway sections below.

24. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If a winner fails to acknowledge its prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries. Please, therefore ensure that you check your social media notifications/emails regularly on or before the Giveaway closing date to avoid any disappointment.

25. If it transpires a winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.

Privacy and Data Protection

26. Any personal data relating to participants will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent.

27. The Participants grant a non-exclusive licence to the Promotor to use their entry for relevant marketing and promotional activities. This may include data which is provided in conjunction with this entry, for example, but not limited to, the Participants Instagram handle. By participating in this Giveaway, the winners also agrees to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities required by the Promoter.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.

29. These Terms and Conditions are the General Terms and Conditions for the KeKe’s Luv 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway. The individual terms listed below will apply to specific Giveaways for each day.

30. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California.

The Giveaways

1. Amazon $25 Gift card (“Giveaway 1”)

   a. To enter this Giveaway the participant must:

   a. To enter this Giveaway the participant must:
